Aniverse Updates for September

Aniverse

Ok, so it has been a while since a post was "visibly" made here in Aniverse and now I will take some time to go over a few things that has been going on. Many other things will be explained as well updates on Aniverse, Memories of Eternity, the Media Gallery, and some other miscellaneous updates.

First thing to note for all of you who are reading, is the "visibility" content viewed by you, the reader/visitor/anonymous user. What that implies is the ability to view the content shown to you based on the level of access the user/visitor is given. The past couple of updates, or posts in this case, were of user-only visibility. Meaning that only registered users were able to only see those posts I made, and to the eyes of a visitor/anonymous user no posts has been made since X date. Reason this is the case is because it contained content which isn't suited for minors and we all know even minors surf for the naughty stuff regardless if you tell them they are underage and can't view that kind of thing.

What does this mean for you, the reader/visitor? It means you wont be able to access the restricted material in which I post or upload. There are many other benefits in being a user of Aniverse, like the following:

-Able to view restricted posts in which visitors/anonymous users cannot see.
-Able to view restricted albums/images in the gallery in which visitors/anonymous users cannot access.
-Able to post comments on articles.
-Able to make posts and reply to topics in forums.
-Able to upload images to the media gallery.
-Able to upload files in the File Management system. (Subject to Admin approval)
-Able to subscribe to a Daily Digest of your favorite topic.
-Access to your own personal calendar, users will be able to add events to their own personal calendar as well as the Master calendar.
-And there is still more... but will cut it right here.

You get the idea pretty much. Becoming a user on Aniverse comes with many more benefits than just lurking around. I encourage all who are visitors/lurkers/anonymous users to register now to have access to the content in which you are missing. There's no catch, no gimmick, no bull. Sign up is free and painless (aside from the captcha which can be annoying lol).

Next thing on the list is the updates on Aniverse itself. There were a few updates which occured during August which were a few bug fixes and security patches. The other visible updates was the new addition of a theme, also a PM system was installed so users are able to communicate amongst themselves, as well as updates on all other current systems especially the Gallery, and a better look on the account management page settings for users.

Memories of Eternity Update: Currently the progress on the game is on hiatus due to the story writer has not been feeling good and was recently on an accident in which she is still recovering. Until she feels better, the game will be on a temporary hold.

The good news is that I will be independently working on my own rpg game which I had ideas about. It wont be as great as Memories of Eternity, but its something to look forward to until MoE recovers from its hiatus. Once I get started on it and make some progress, I will post the information on the new rpg game, its title name, screenshots, etc.

And with that, I come to a close for today's post. I hope that you all consider registering since Aniverse still lacks a community in which it needs. Don't think of Aniverse as just another blog like the others out there, it's not a blog. My posts may seem blog-like, but I'm not trying to make Aniverse into a blog. I want to make Aniverse into a multi-purpose, multi-use, multi-functional website which delivers content differently to its viewers/users than what blogs or other sites offer. Aniverse may not have been around as long as other sites but it shall aim for a place to be recognized somday on the internet.

Thanks to all who read this post.
